The Environmental Defense Fund, which received our donation, has rescued and released more than 300 sea turtles and 350 white dolphins in marine conservation projects up to now, and has protected and restored more than 20,000 hectares of mangroves, seagrass beds, coral reefs and other key marine ecosystems.
The foundation works with coastal communities and fishermen's groups in community co-management, promoting the efforts of multiple sectors of society to contribute to global marine conservation efforts.
